"Coffea arabica"

Coffea arabica, also known as the Arabic coffee, is a species of flowering plant in the coffee and madder family Rubiaceae. It is believed to be the first species of coffee to have been cultivated and is currently the dominant cultivar, representing about 60% of global production.

Plant in  shaded areas in well-drained soil. Water regularly, especially when they are flowering and setting fruit. Apply a balanced fertilizer. Always prune after fruiting. Growing a fruit, nut or coffee tree will require that you dig your hole double the diameter of the plant bag  and at least 600mm-1m deep. First cut the round underside of the plant bag before you place the tree into the hole, then slide the remaining plant bag off before you cover with soil. When you cover the roots with soil, you tamp it down as you go so you can ensure that the roots are completely touching the dirt.
