 "Tagetes patula" 'Fireball'- Annual- Full sun in well draining soil.

Marigolds are fragrant flowers, self-seed so they may appear to be a perennial when in reality, they are just coming back from seed. Pinch back each marigold flower head as it expires to encourage new buds throughout the entire growing season. Water need are average.  Planting marigolds in a given location in your vegetable beds  reduce certain pests and make it less likely that crops immediately following them will be struck.
